If the teacher's social competence is well implemented, it can affect students' speaking ethics. This study aims to determine the relationship between the social competence of Islamic Religious Education teachers on students' speaking ethics at Integrated Islamic Elementary School and Integrated Islamic Junior High School. This research uses quantitative method with survey research method. The results showed that there is a relationship between the social competence of Islamic Religious Education teachers on students' speaking ethics at Integrated Islamic Elementary School and Integrated Islamic Junior High School. This can be seen through hypothesis testing using the SPSS 29.0 program. The significant value of teacher social competence is 0.257 <0.05 with a t-count value of 0.308 and a t-table of 2.016. This shows that the t-count is greater than the t-table, which means Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. This study aims to analyze what concept of mahabbah he introduced so that his love for Allah was so strong. This research uses a qualitative method with a Library Research approach, data sources are obtained from books, articles and journals that discuss the concept of Rabia'ah Al-Adawiyah's mahabbah thought. The results of the analysis show that there is a concept of Sufism Rabi'ah Al-Adawiyah to find out how to get closer to Allah properly and not get carried away with ephemeral worldly pleasures. Rabi'ah has pure love without any return from God al-hubb and also leaves worldly things (zuhud). This study aims to describe the thought of Islamic renewal in Muhammad Abduh's perspective in depth as a contribution in enriching the scientific treasury and shaping the face of modern Islam. This research uses a qualitative method by reviewing various relevant literature to understand Muhammad Abduh's thoughts on Islamic renewal. The findings show that Muhammad Abduh brought renewal ideas such as the rejection of taklid, rationality in understanding revelation, and the idea of modern education. His thoughts played a major role in paving the way for the modernization of Islam in the Muslim world, including Indonesia. Because it is with that personality that a teacher can become an educator and coach for his students or even the opposite. Personality is an element that also determines the teacher's familiarity with his students. Because, this personality will be reflected in the attitude and words when fostering and guiding students. This research aims so that students can imitate a good teacher's personality and implement it in their daily lives, so that students can apply discipline and will have a bright impact on the future of the nation. This research uses a Quantitative approach with the literature review method. The results show that the personality competence of Islamic religious education teachers has a significant impact on student learning motivation. Teachers who have a steady, stable, mature, wise, authoritative and exemplary personality are able to create a conducive, supportive and inspiring learning atmosphere. A mature teacher personality not only helps students feel comfortable and confident in learning, but also motivates them to imitate the positive attitudes and behaviors exemplified by the teacher. This study aims to analyze what a counselor is, what are the characters and characteristics of Islamic counselors, what are the requirements and duties of Islamic counselors, and what is the relationship between teachers and counselors, especially Islamic counselors. This research uses the Literature Review method. Data sources obtained in the form of articles or journals and books relevant to the topic. The results of the analysis in this study show that there are definitions, characters, characteristics, requirements, duties, and relationships of teachers to counselors.
